This brick came in the mail today, figured I couldn't go wrong since it was only $120. Has a Jonezy tracer unit installed already so we need to get a night game going.

Nice pick welcome to the club. agreed on the night game, I haven't used my TM tracer unit in a long ass time. Is it an AGM or JG? buy an ASCU unit for it and love it long time. ;D

AGM but it's completely tradeless, just solid black. ASCU has already been ordered, along with a new stock. Still tossing around what I want to do with the rest of it.

Cool beans,I think I'm going to pick up a t1 to swap out with the specter if I want at northern lights. Are you going to paint it?

Probably going to keep it pure black with all black accessories, going Delta on this one. Just got my update from ASGI as well, ASCU has shipped.

Double post. This came in the mail today, not sure if I want to venture into the GB and do it myself or have someone else do it.

Slowly starting my collection of VFC SCAR's....maybe I should get a SCAR-L just to have the entire collection lol Out of the box it's shooting in excess of 460FPS+ so I'm just gonna run shit till it blows up (shouldn't be too long knowing VFC lol) so I can concentrate on externals - Tango Down rail covers (replica as it works just as good as the RS) - Tango Down stubby VFG (replica as I don't overpay for the RS shit that costs 5x what it should) - GG&G bipod (replica) - ARMS #71 BUIS (replica) - Suppressor (eventually)

Yeah....I've looked into every possible MOSFET platform for the VFC SCAR and they just don't have shit for room. The best I'll be able to do is a basic MOSFET just to protect the trigger.

The ascu is the same size as a basic JG or Echo1 mosfet.

I know Like I said, there's no room. The way the VFC is designed with the wireless stock hinge cuts down on a lot of options. In-stock options are limited to setups like Burst Wizard and other similar plug-n-play MOSFETs. The only problem is then you lose about half the battery space, leaving about enough room to hold a 7.4v 800-1000mAh buffer tube lipo and that's about it (VFC SCAR stocks are ridiculously small). With the quick detach lower (with special power routing pins) it leaves no option to install a standard MOSFET with 3 wires leading to the stock (positive + negative + gate) unless you want to ruin the VFC design. One could install a MOSFET in the actual lower itself but space is limited to at most a standard A/B MOSFET and nothing fancier.
